At NZ Click Works, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.
The item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
