Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified by email if there is any significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Damages
NZ Click Works is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged:
